The August program will be held on August 24-28, 2009 at The Kayton Training Center in Alexandria, VA.  This program features a unique curriculum consisting of five one-day courses:

  • Obviousness in the Wake of KSR – What Has & Hasn’t Changed (a new course  taught by Paul Gardner, PRG’s Academic Director, who is widely acknowledged as one of America’s leading patent law experts)
  • Latent Dangers of Common Patent Prosecution Practices
  • When, Why and How to Effectively Appeal to the USPTO Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences
  • Management of Intellectual Property – The Use of IP in Business
  • Patent Claim Interpretation
